Currently (v1.0.8), Behavia does not share data even amongst phones on the same iCloud account. However, we are expanding this to store your data in your iCloud account, so that behaviours and logs that you create and log on one device will be accesible and visible on another (devices logged into the same iCloud account).
We are assessing future updates which may allow data to be shared on devices from different iCloud accounts, but as this impacts our current privacy stance, this has no ETA. We will announce any changes on this.
In the most current version (1.0.8), Behavia has no concept of multiple children. You can name your behaviours with a childs name to differentiate them in your list.
We are in the process of adding in a feature to allow for multiple children to be created in the app, each with their own list of behaviours you want to log. The idea is to select an active child from your list of children, and then you will see the behaviours you've configured for that child on the main Log page. You will be able to switch between children on this page, and also on the Analytics and Export pages. Once we have this further developed, we will provide more information and screenshots so you can prepare!
Its pretty straightforward - here we go!
First, you create a behaviour that your child exhibits that you want to log. In the 'Behaviours' tab, click on the + icon at the top. You can then give the behaviour a descriptive name, and select a colour to help differentiate it from the others.
You can create as many behaviours as you like.
Also on this page, you can click on an existing behaviour to edit it (change the name or color), and click the 'Edit' button to change the order in which they are displayed on the main Log page.
Second, on the Log page, you click on a behaviour to log an instance of it. When you do this, you can click on 'Save' to save this logged behaviour.
You have the options to add in a text note to go with the behaviour (in case you need clarification or something to denote this behaviour for later) as well as an optional photo or video.
Clicking on the 'Add Photo or Video' button lets you pick a photo or video from your existing library, or open the Camera to take a new photo or video. If this is the first time you've done this, you'll be prompted to give Behavia permissions to the camera or your photo library.
Thirdly, when you want to share this information with your therapy team, go to the Export page. You can select a time period of data to export, and if you want to include photos/videos with the export, or if you just want the data file itself. If you choose to include media files, the exported file will be a .ZIP file, including the media files and the data file in CSV format, but if you decide not to include media, it will just be the .CSV file. A CSV file can be opened within Excel.
Once you've chosen what you wish to export, click the 'Export Data' button. The file(s) will be collated, and you'll be prompted to share the generated file. Youc an save this to your device, or share it via email/Facebook/AirDrop or any other method available to your phone.
